Why we’re not another AI sticker toy.
How is this different from other AI sticker tools?
Scarcity: Friday limited themed drops, not infinite generate-spam. Character system: one photo → one recognizable character across emotions/poses — not 8 unrelated images. Real-use formats + license: chat/Xiaohongshu-ready sizes and clear personal vs commercial rights. Anti-slop: we market the weekly director/style board; generation is the factory only.
What do I get in a $9 pack?
A ZIP with 8 transparent PNGs of the same character (monitoring the situation, seen. not replying., I have no bones, excuse me?, just checking, loaf mode, not my problem, ???), sized for iMessage / WhatsApp / Xiaohongshu, plus a short how-to. Personal-use license included.
Is this an official app-store sticker pack?
No — Pack by Friday delivers downloadable stickers. We do not auto-submit to Apple, Google, or WeChat sticker stores. Files are ready for you to add where those apps allow custom stickers.
What does “by Friday” mean?
Orders for a week’s theme ship with that Friday’s drop. Miss the window and you roll to the next themed Friday. Exact cutoffs will be printed on checkout when payment goes live. We do not promise on-demand infinite regen.
Personal vs commercial license?
Personal (included): private chats, personal posts, non-paid projects. Commercial (separate upgrade): paid posts, merch, client work, brand accounts. The planned $9 base pack does not include commercial rights — see Terms.
Do you keep my photo?
Source photos are used only to build your character pack and are deleted after delivery (or within a short retention window stated at checkout). We never sell your likeness. Style boards and brand IP stay ours.
What is Friday Drop Club?
A future membership for people who want every weekly limited drop. The waitlist form is in preview and not connected yet. Pricing and benefits will be announced before billing starts.
Refunds?
If the delivered pack clearly breaks character consistency or misses the week’s style board, we re-run or refund. Subjective “I changed my mind” after download is not refundable — details on the paid checkout page.
Terms (short)
Plain-language placeholders until counsel reviews. These will be finalized before payments open.
License — personal vs commercial
Personal use (included in $9): use your stickers in private chats, personal social posts, and non-paid projects. Commercial use (upgrade TBD): paid posts, merch, client work, or brand accounts need a separate commercial license tier — price and scope to be published at checkout. Do not assume commercial rights with the base pack.
No resale of the source pack
You may not resell, redistribute, or re-license the ZIP, individual source PNGs, or generation prompts as a pack or stock asset. Sharing a sticker in a normal chat or post is fine; selling the files is not.
Your upload stays yours
Photos and reference files you upload remain your content. We only process them to generate your pack. We do not claim ownership of your likeness or source media. You must have the right to upload what you send us (yourself, or someone who authorized you).
Generated stickers & brand IP
On payment and delivery, you get the license tier you purchased for the delivered sticker files. Weekly style boards, director notes, brand name, and site materials remain Pack by Friday / Hua Xi IP. We do not sell your private packs as our product samples without permission.
